1021 E Main Street is a single-tenant, retail building with frontage on Main Street. The building was formerly owned by Sebariz, LLC. The building was built in 1995 and is located just west of Stapley Drive, on Main Street which has traffic counts of approximately 30,965 vehicles per day.
